This is a wonderful opportunity to do meaningful work in a truly amazing place.Munson Medical Center, northern Michigan’s 391-bed regional referral center, seeks Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to work in our Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. As the only Level III NICU in northern Michigan, our collaborative team supports the Northern Lower Peninsula and the eastern Upper Peninsula for neonatology care including providing air and ground transport. As a NNP, you will be part of a talented, friendly, multidisciplinary care team providing care in our 22 bed NICU. Your professional skills will be valued and ongoing educational opportunities will allow you to further enhance your knowledge. In collaboration with the Neonatologists, the role of the NNP is to manage patient care in the NICU, attend high-risk deliveries, and serve as an expert resource. Requirements include an MSN in nursing, certification and licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Michigan. Prior experience as an NNP is desired; neonatal transport experience is preferred.
